Hello, I am dual booting kde neon and windows on my lenovo laptop. In less than 59% the battery level indicator works pretty well, however as the battery level 59% it is going to be stuck in there and is also discharging. Please tell me any fix to this issue or kindly fix this issue in upcoming versions. Below are the system details.
OS: KDE neon
KDE plasma version: 5.21.4
KDE framework version : 5.81.0
Qt version: 5.15.2
Desktop session : X11
LENOVO V15-2L
I cant upload screenshots here.

Many laptops have a battery eco mode that limits charging to a certain percentage. That's because not charging a battery to 100% when it's new extends its lifetime.
See for example this: https://support.lenovo.com/ch/en/solutions/ht103159

I don't have a laptop so I can't test, but does power management in settings have a Charge Limit that you could adjust higher?
Like in the first image there:
https://invent.kde.org/plasma/powerdevi ... requests/5
(similarly to the last message there, there should be some command to switch the eco mode off using command line, though I don't know what it would be for your laptop model.)

Sounds like there's a charge limit set to 60%, and it stops at 59% rather than 60% due to https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/upower/u ... issues/142.

You can live with the issue until that upower bug is fixed, or turn off the charge limit in System Settings > Power Management > Advanced Power Settings > set "Stop charging at" to "100%".
