Hello

Just installed KDE Neon 5.21.4.
Discover, the software center, lists the updates, but it neither downloads them nor install them.
Just freezes after showing the list to select !
It asks me to apply the following : 'dpkg --configure -a'.
I do this, but no result and then they say that this only can be done by the system administrator = myself !?

Now, Discover doesn't start anymore and, when open, only shows a picture of the open tabpage !
Any solution to this ?

Use sudo with the dpkg command and see what it says.
