KDE Neon can't boot unless I use safe graphics. I tried many things, but it always gets stuck during boot. I updated the kernel 5.10, 5.11, no difference. Tried to install the driver from amd.com, it gives a bunch of errors, but it still doesn't work. I have no idea what to do.
I heard the newest Radeons are supported on Linux from the kernel since 5.10, but it doesn't work at all here.

Any hint on what I am doing wrong? Btw even the live usb doesn't boot without safe graphics. Is there an incompatibility between the Radeon 6xxxn and KDE Neon? I haven't tried other distros yet btw.

I tried Linux Mint and Pop, and they both work. I can't get KDE Neon to work with this card, at all. I'll have to try some other KDE powered distro such as Manjaro soon... But I wish Neon worked because I used it for years and really like it :(

I tested the latest iso with Neon 5.22 but it still doesn't work, just like before. Anyone has any clue on how to get Neon working with a 6xxx Radeon card?

After a lot of trial and error I managed to get it to work by following this guide.

If anyone has the same issue with a new Radeon, following that guide to the letter will install the required files and everything.

It would have been nice if someone at least tried to help me :(
