KDE Neon 5.22.1 updates indicator stuck

Hi. I would like to know if it's just me or the updates widget indicator is stuck. I mean, it says there are updates available but there is none. I double check on the terminal and no, there are no updates. You can restart but it's permanently stuck that way.
