I have installed Libre Office 7.1.4.2 on KDE Neon 5.22.1 by PPA from adding ppa:libreoffice/ppa

The toolbar icons look pixelated, and unattractive. I have also installed the libreoffice-plasma, libraoffice-kde package, which adds new themes but doesn't fix the icons. Note, I run 150% global scale in Display Configuration. Use anti-aliasing, and use hardware acceleration in Libreoffice Settings are both checked.

How can I make this look better?
