Download the iso and create the live USB installer - it boots to a live OS, so you can see how it works before installing.
Neon is using Ubuntu 20.04, so if this supports your CPU/GPU, it will work in Neon It should be fine, I would say: https://linux-hardware.org/index.php?id ... a-graphics
