I've just come home from holidays and, when I wanted to transfer photos from my BlackBerry KeyOne to the computer (with the latest stable edition of KDE Neon on it), I realized that the MTP stopped working. I've got a message "Le fichier ou le dossier udi=/org/kde/solid/udev/sys/devices/pci0000:00/0000:00:1a.0/usb1/1-1/1-1.1 n'existe pas." (French for "The file or the folder udi=/org/kde/solid/udev/sys/devices/pci0000:00/0000:00:1a.0/usb1/1-1/1-1.1 doesn't exist") and I cannot do anything. And this is a very serious problem for me... And a very sad regression - as the MTP worked perfectly until the version 5.21 of KDE Neon...

Help!

OK, I've localized the problem in... the USB C cable. The old one had a wrong contact, so I bought a new one... It works perfectly for charging the phone's battery, but apparently not for the file transfer - when I used the old one (and kept it in a position in which the cable still works), the MTP worked flawlessly...
