On KDE Neon, I would like to change the default booting animation, however the setting Boot Splash Screen under Startup and Shutdown doesn't do anything. I've tried this on multiple installs, and on different systems. This issue appeared on all of them. Am I missing something here or is this a genuine bug?
I'm very surprised to see that other users have not reported this issue yet.
Is there a workaround for this?
