How to Set Graphics Processor?

Sat Oct 02, 2021 4:25 pm
A little background, I was trying to install the proprietary NVIDIA driver on Kernel version 5.11.0-37 (my laptop has a hybrid GPU GeForce 1050)
but then it always freezes during boot, similar like others have reported, however I can still access tty2 (Ctrl+Alt+F2)

So I decided to uninstall the proprietary driver, but the problem persists.

Now I can only boot successfully by adding nomodeset (Kernel 5..37), or boot using Kernel version 5.11.0-36
At this point I just want to revert it back to Mesa Intel.

My question is how do I set the Graphics processor for certain Kernel version, or in my case Mesa Intel for Kernel 5..37?

Kernel 5..36 Mesa Intel:
