I recently installed KDE neon 2021-10-14 on my fujitsu lifebook e754, and it worked nicely for about a day, then it stopped detecting the battery. For the first time, i reinstalled the OS, which fixed the problem, but it appeared again after a day. The laptop works without being plugged in.

upower -d gives this output:

```
(upower:15616): UPower-WARNING **: 19:43:30.465: Cannot connect to upowerd: Error calling StartServiceByName for org.freedesktop.UPower: Failed to activate service 'org.freedesktop.UPower': timed out (service_start_timeout=25000ms)
```

acpi -i gives this output:

```
Battery 0: Unknown, 95%
Battery 0: design capacity 5800 mAh, last full capacity 4698 mAh = 81%
```

Being new to linux and plasma, i'm not 100% sure what to make of this.

I appreciate any help.

Thank you.
