Hello everyone!

This might actually be a bug, but I am not sure how to report it, but maybe others are or have had this issue.

I have a Lenovo W530 laptop with the latest KDE Neon installed. I am pretty meticulous about keeping up with upgrades and such, so it 5.23.2 or so.

My issue is this, when I close the lid on the laptop on battery, something seems to be running and consuming battery. For example, this afternoon, I left work at 2 and closed the lid and put it in my briefcase. At 5:30 I reached into the briefcase, the computer was noticeably warm and the battery percentage had dropped from 95% to 45% (yikes!)

My power settings in Plasma are for the computer to sleep when the lid is closed (both plugged in and battery). Lenovo is nice and there is a little sleep icon on the outside of the computer, which does light up when I close the lid. But pretty obviously the computer is not really sleeping.

I am not totally sure, but it seems that maybe this behavior just started recently, which is why I wonder if it might be buggy.

Any ideas???
