Respin For Old Machines

Howdy Yall! Some friends and myself have created a respin of KDE-Neon for old machines. Like my 2007 Lenovo Thinkpad R61. It is called " StormFish OS". We are giving KDE-Neon all the credit for the base and packages we just did some modding to it. Is it ok to use Neon as the base to share with others? If so please let us know. Thanks.
