In the settings, I selected a second language under Language (German) and placed it on top. It is displayed that the language pack has not yet been downloaded. I can click on the icon "install missing language packs", but nothing happens. How can I fix this?

I have the same problem with my kde neon. This problem doesn't exist with kubuntu for example.
So we can imagine that it just need to install an extra package.

If marcellot use too kde neon we could move this post in the good section

Yes, I use kde neon too. Fresh install from download for personal use (user edition). Downloaded Saturday.
Any idea, what additional package to install?
