I'm using KDE Neon on my laptop and I'm wondering if it was possible to use my laptop's monitor as a second display for another device.

Hi,
with X11, you have to resize the highest resolution to the lowest
with Wayland, use native resolution of your monitors and just change the scale until you're satisfied
(or wait for QT6/Plasma 6) 😃

Sorry, I lost the last part of my comment :
On one of this two options (X11 or Wayland), you can set the main display, I have no 2nd monitor to control what I'm saying.
