Hi,
I would like to be able to toggle Dim Inactive via a shortcut periodically throughout the day. While Dim Inactive is helpful for focus, turning it on or off can be a bit disruptive because of the steps that I follow to toggle it, i.e.:

system settings > workspace behavior > desktop effects
scroll down to Focus
check box for Dim Inactive

I haven't found a shortcut to Dim Inactive. It's not obvious to me how to make a custom shortcut to do this.

I'm using:
Operating System: KDE neon 5.23
KDE Plasma Version: 5.23.5
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.90.0
Qt Version: 5.15.3
Kernel Version: 5.13.0-28-generic (64-bit)
Graphics Platform: X11
Processors: 24 × AMD Ryzen 9 5900X 12-Core Processor
Memory: 31.3 GiB of RAM
Graphics Processor: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 760/PCIe/SSE2

Thank you.
