I am wondering if someone can help me to persistent boot KDE NEON onto a usb drive so that I don't loose files everytime I restart the KDE NEON Operating System.

I tried that a few months ago with Vbox. I make a new linux Vbox without HDD but with USB-Stick, bootet the live system and installed it on the usb stick persistant. It was an neon to go like installed on a ssd or hdd. If u choose hdd in vbox the boot partition is always on the hdd and not on the usb-stick. If the installer has no choice an usb stick is good enough.

i hoped i helped
