Is the hardware too new for linux? I cant install other distro's too. Can only install in safe graphical mode. Get Black screen + acpi-errors. Are there no drivers yet for linux on thuis hardware?

I'm new to the forum but I'd like to help. Have you tried updating the BIOS for your Gigabyte B660 motherboard? Sometimes, newer hardware may not be fully supported by Linux until the BIOS is updated.

Also, have you checked if the specific Linux distro you're trying to install supports your hardware? It's possible that the distro doesn't have the necessary drivers for your Intel i5 and Gigabyte B660 motherboard.
