Hi all,

I'm new in the forum and with KDE Neon, and I am suffering an strange issue with my laptop screen.

I have installed KDE Neon 5.24 on a HP ProBook 640 G1. Sometimes when I am working on it, color depth decreases drastically, showing all the screen like if one edit an image and "posterize" it. This only happens in the laptop screen, remaining normal in another monitor connected to the laptop.

Also, this issue happens randomly. I am unable to establish any kind of correlation between this issue and any event

I restore the previous situation decreasing screen resolution. Besides, if I reject this resolution change, the screen remains correct.

Does somebody can help me? Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance.
