I did a fresh install of kde neon yesterday (using the 26/05/2022 snapshot iso) and went to select breeze-dark (system settings / appearance / plasma style) and it was not there. There were no options in the folder (when usually there are a range - air / breeze / breeze dark / breeze dark / breeze light / oxygen).

Is there a package that I can install to give me back breeze-dark?

It's bug #453830 which is now marked as fixed. I guess we have to wait for the updated neon user packages to be released. Frameworks 5.95 is scheduled for 11 June.
