Hello, this is my first post on this forum. I just installed KDE Neon and got a not very pleasant surprise. I am used to use DOAS instead of SUDO. I have done it on all the distributions I have used, from the Debian family, to the Arch family, to Fedora. They all have DOAS and you can download it with the download managers. But not so in KDE Neon. I have searched and searched for a way to download DOAS and I haven't found anything. Is it really not possible to use DOAS in KDE Neon?
Thanks in advance. |

The question would be: it's possible to install and use DOAS in Ubuntu 20.04?
https://www.makeuseof.com/how-to-install-and-use-doas/ Doas package isn't in Ubuntu 20.04, as it's said in the article. And Ubuntu 20.04 is currently the OS base in KDE Neon. So you'll have to wait until KDE Neon update Ubuntu OS version. |
