Login screen sleep settings

Wed Aug 10, 2022 1:21 pm
Hey,

I'm trying to configure the screen timeout and sleep timeout of the session manager or possibly systemd before a user logs in.
If a user is logged in it happily uses the KDE power management settings just fine.

The screen times out after 10mins but never suspends the computer if no one is logged in.
I've tried editing the logind.conf with no luck.

I don't really want to use GDM or lightgdm if possible, as I know they work fine.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.
