CDLR - KDE Neon and date format

Tue Aug 16, 2022 9:01 am
Hi,

In Basque language, we had detected an old error date formatting.
For example, when you put mouse over clock, you can see, for example, 2022(e)ko abuztuakren 16(a).
That is an error while the correct format would be: 2022(e)ko abuztuaren 16(a), without intercalated k.
However, this error is general in a lot of GNU Linux distros, Mozilla apps, etc.
We had found the reason could be using Unicode CDLR, which in eu.xml have that error, until 20 days when the error have been solved.
Correct file: https://github.com/unicode-org/cldr/blo ... ain/eu.xml

Plasma uses that CDLR? Because we have found too this file (a very old version of that) in a KDE repository: https://github.com/KDE/ocs-apiserver/bl ... u.xml#L921

I think that CDLR is used for glibc compilation and because of this Ubuntu (KDE Neon's base) is affected.

I want report the bug but I am confused for in where place to inform
Thanks
