Every time I boot KDE Neon, I get the following errors (though it gets past them and boots successfully):

Seems to be your graphics card firmware. Try upgrading UEFI and use the microcode blob packages (binary, closed source firmware) for your graphic card.
You could also try some kernel options to disable parts of the acpi for this one, see Kernel Parameters.
