Win 11 Partitons - able only to read

How do I get fully access to my Win-11 partitions: /sda3 and /sda5 ?
When I used before, debian 11, ubuntu, mint,, I had automatically fully access (even when I was asked for the sudo passwort) |

after a while have full access, I did change nothing
