Can I update the Linux Kernel to 5.19?
I need a specific driver that is working in that version and not current one (5.15)

In case I can, how so?

You can upload up-to-date kernels easily by installing Ubuntu Mainline Kernel app from Synaptic or Muon Package Manager and remove old unused kernels.
