In muon libqca-qt5-2 is fixed.

sudo apt install libqca-qt5-2=2.3.5-1xneon+22.04+jammy+release+build2
sudo apt install libqca-qt5-2-plugins=2.3.5-1xneon+22.04+jammy+release+build2

fix it, but update manager wants to downgrade this packages
