Hi,
I just installed the latest KDE Neon and it appears that Firefox is not a snap. Actually there is no snap in my KDE Neon. I'm surprised cause KDE Neon is based on Ubuntu and Ubuntu installs Firefox as a snap. Does it means that my Neon is not based on Ubuntu 22.04 ? Is it based on an older version of Ubuntu ? THanks for your comments. Aloun77 |

Neon is most definitely based on Ubuntu 22.04, but they decided to remove the Firefox snap and replace it with a deb package from the Mozilla team PPA.

Ok why not. At least I won't have to do the Firefox updates manually as on my Kubuntu 22.04.
Thanks for your answer. |
