In Plasma-Discover i cant configure anything.
How can i fix this.

What does "can't configure anything" in discover mean? can you explain more or post screenshot. Settings on Discover (bottom left) allows software source changes (addition to sources, change default source, and enable/disable)

Muon is older, and not much maintained these days. It is looking for the old Kubuntu Software Sources tool, which has changed, as it is now shared with both Kubuntu and Lubuntu.

Makes sure you have the current program package installed: software-sources-qt software-properties-qt, and do as the error mention says, and look for it in Discover's settings area.

I believe you can symlink the new to the old and access the tool from Muon

I followed your link and thats the problem with muon.
In Kubuntu it works fine in Neon not.
software-sources-qt is not installed and cant be find in the repos.
Whats the problem in neon with muon.

Because Kubuntu have made the symlink (iirc) to fix the issue in Kubuntu, as described in the bug report.
Someone needs to fix Muon's code, really.

That is because I made a typo. it should be software-properties-qt.
