Since it seems that there is only the .fits format to save image captures, can I integrate and use either of the two referenced apps with kstars? I image with one shot color cameras and prefer the .tiff or .png color formats to save the captures.
OACapture and Firecapture can do that. I prefer not needing to convert the .fits (greyscale) images to color.
I appreciate your thoughts and suggestions.
