Very nice! As a general visual suggestion, it's often more pleasing to the eye to have the foreground take up a lot more space. Right now those neat shapes are framed inside the background, leading to a sort of cramped appearance. If you blew them to like 800% larger size and had them partially going off the frame, I think that might improve the composition a bit.

Title: Hexalens Made with: Adobe Illustrator Relased under CC-BY 4.0 Hey ngraham, glad to hear that you like my designe thanks for your feedback! I tried to spread it more evenly, but I refuse going over the frame. To guarantee a smooth look for all multi-monitor-setup-users. (like me) It still bothers me that the background-pattern doesn't lineup. Is it possible to update the submissions and not list it as a second entry? Because I'm planning to submit two more images, later this month. Oh sure, any updates in this thread are considered new versions of the same submission. I like that new one even better!

Very neat I must say. I wanted to warn you about imgur converting pngs to jpegs, but it seems in your case you got off lucky.
