This is a really good-looking wallpaper, but you should look at Nate's advice on what we are looking for. That said, that is only advice, but what you should do is get rid of the version number. KDE is looking for wallpapers that can be packaged with 5.16, but also with future versions of Plasma. Labelling a wallpaper with the first version number of Plasma that it will be packaged with disqualifies it for that, making it less likely to be chosen.
