thank you. im just wondering if breeze theme can be softer like what materia theme did, nowadays people generaly affected with the rise of softy material themes as the google et al did. i think less hard lines and soft colour are more easy to the eye but this is just personal though.

Sorry, but this design is just not yours. On that page is even a notice that says that the copyright-holder for it is actually 'OnePlus'.
On top of that you did not redraw it "from scratch", as a big portion of it is exactly the same as the original.

The very first rule of the contest clearly states that the entry must be "original and created specifically for the contest". Remixes are not original work.

I don't think you'll get banned from the entire forum for a mistake but I think it kinda rules out that this entry is part of the competition any longer.

It's sad you used an existing wallpaper as a starting point because it's clear that with the exception of the top right part everything else is your work. If you did that part from scratch as well, it would basically be 'oil color swirl with colors you saw on your phone'.

I still love it though and it's in my personal wallpaper folder.

I'm sorry but this image was not "redrawn from scratch", it's not just about the "top right" part of the picture, nor is it a "remix".

About half of the picture is clear-cut copy-pasting. These parts are identical to the very last dot in them and that's plagiarism.

We didn't make the rule about originality just for the sake of it. Had the wallpaper been chosen as the winner, KDE could have faced legal consequences. Please keep this in mind in the future wherever you submit art.
