Nicely done! I like the under-used orange color, which is quite a pleasant shade here.

This is so amazing!
I could see this as the default in 5.18!

The realism in the color patterns on the waves is fantastic.

I've updated my original submission, this new variant has both waves being flat.
I like both variants though, can't choose which one I like more D:
A link to the 4k version is in the edited post.

I like the old one more.
Or if maybe the outer wave was like the inner one in the old design, and the inner wave was flat... Worth a try.

I think I prefer the original version too. It's the motion and realism in the 2nd wave that really makes it so good.

Some feedback from the judges:
This wallpaper is really good. The only problems that I could see are the fact that prospective is a bit confused, and it's not clear what's the point of view, which appears to be really close to the beach itself; But that's just an impression and I think that the overall wallpaper is not damaged by this. There's a wise use of noise. Maybe I would experiment with various light sources (currently very well used) and colors (e.g.: using a more blue-ish color for the parts of the wave that are currently white) or shapes (e.g. making the wave thinner).
Oh my... this wallpaper looks beautiful. I really can't find much to say about this one that's bad... if anything it looks kinda weird how there's a white line part-way through the tide, IMHO, but to be fair that's how it works in real life anyway so, yeah. Only other thing I can think of is maybe make the tide starting point's 'hill' a tad lower.

I might try to make a night version, if I have time for that

Made some changes to the upper-right corner, color and height of the wave.

Hi, one of the judges here with some feedback on your wallpaper.

This is a decidedly calm wallpaper—even the blues give off a warm and inviting hue, like a summer beach. I feel like some peripheral blur around the edges would give an even more tranquil feel to the wallpaper.
