4.14 beta and Plasma 5 forums open for business

Following up from the recent announcements from KDE, we have created two new forums:

Plasma 5, which covers the newest workspace release;
4.14 Beta/RC, for discussions on the latest beta release of the Development Platform and the Applications

The Plasma Next forum will be closed on July 20th, so make sure you do not post there anymore.
