Since the relaunch of the KDE Community Forums, the forum has support for tagging topics. Tagging is an easy way to assign keywords to topics, so they can be found easily via the tagsearch (see
![]() In Brainstorm, ideas were previously tagged by adding keywords within brackets [ ] to the topic subject. This method is now obsolete, and we strongly recommend to use the new tag system. The old [tags] are going to be migrated to the new system in a few days. Ideas can be assigned one or more tags using the Tag Editor. The tag editor appears on the New Idea page and on the View Idea page. For the rest of the forum, the tag editor only appears on the View Topic page. Tags must be entered as comma separated values. Tags with spaces in between are treated as one tag, for example amarok, music player, multimedia are three tags.
