I'm running KDE on Windows on my workspace computer, on Windows 7 32 Bit, and I can't delete files, neither with DEL nor via the context menu. Is this just not implemented yet?

There has been a bug in the handling of deleting files (both using Shift+Del and Del only) but these two are fixed now; the next release will contain the bug fixes too.
