There is a GStreamer for Windows..

Wed May 30, 2012 2:47 pm
I'm not sure if any of you notices it or not, but I just found out that there is a Windows version of GStreamer, all done by the OSSBuild team.

So far, it can be compiled on MinGW32 and MS Visual Studio (up to 2008, they need help with 2010).

This is the only thing we have if we want to have a GStreamer Phonon backend happening for Windows.

You may wish to mail the kde-windows@kde.org mailing list concerning this.

Done, hopefully they'll take a look at it and see if it's worth of being added.
