tdapple Registered Member Posts 6 Karma 0 OS	KDE pim Thu Oct 30, 2008 8:10 pm I just installed KDE 4.1.2 on my machine and there seems to be no KDE pim or Amarok....do I have to install an earlier version to get them? Or is my install defunct? Thanks... tdapple, proud to be a member of KDE forums since 2008-Oct.

The KDE4 version of Kontact is stable, you should be able to install it from your distribution's software manager. The Amarok guys still need some time, so the KDE3 is to use... michael4910, proud to be a member of KDE forums since 2008-Oct.

About kdepim: we are currently not providing kdepim packages as those would need a certain level of stability and features and I currently don't have the time to get this working. Nevertheless we have the plan to provide kdepim packages for KDE 4.2. SaroEngels, proud to be a member of KDE forums since 2008-Oct.
