Hello,
if i change the color scheme theme, only the color inside the windows change, the border of the windows dont change (for example in Kate http://flic.kr/p/dpXczL). Why? Thanks. Rafael |

This is because Windows is in charge of the window decoration (or border) whilst the KDE applications control their appearance.
As a result - the application itself respects the KDE colour scheme - while Windows does not know about it at all and follows it's own scheme.

Unfortunately, without creating a Windows colour scheme you will not be able to change Windows to have similar colours to KDE applications.
