hi everyone,

first of all thanks for your efforts on updating and adding new features to this great player!
i'm having some troubles running this new version in windows 8. i have a x64 Ultimate version of win8 and just installed latest version of amarok on in, but when i run it, nothing happens! actually it's process appears in the list of processes for just a second but then it disappears and that's it, amarok won't start after that either. i've used Compatibility options on windows and... but nothing worked! do you think it's because i'm using 64 bit version of windows?(but it had no problem on win7!)

has someone faced this problem?! any ideas how to get it started?! i really really need this player! nothing can replace it for me!

thanks

Thanks for making the most wonderful player till date. I am using windows 7 64bit though it is running excellently in ubuntu 17.04 but in windows 7 every time i try to start it says " This application has requested the runtime to terminate it in an unusual way . Please contact the applications support team for more information. It would be really kind of you if any suggestion is given for the same. I will try.

Thanks in Advance
