I've been using Gwenview for years now (a decade may be I don't know, how long does it exsists?) on my linux machine. I was wondering if there is a windows build out there! It seams at least there have been.

Or the other way around. What software do you guys use for viewing fotos if you are on a computer running windows?

First thing worth trying is going to https://windows.kde.org/ and downloading the KDE on Windows installer. If Gwenview is available on Windows, it will be offered through this.
