[Request] Plasma 5 mouse pointers set for Windows

Can anyone make it? The Oxygen pack has been floating around for few years, I'm using it right now because Windows pointers are ugly. I totally love the new Plasma (Breeze) cursors, but they are not available as .cur files..

I found one variant of the Breeze cursors for windows.
