Is it a way to change themes on Windows OS with KDE applications?

I'm very happy that more and more applications are ported to Windows because I can't use Linux at work, but I'm used to have a global dark theme.
With Kate and Kdevelop, is there a way to force the application the use another theme like breeze-dark or other custom color?

Krita for exemple can load its own themes. Can I do the same with Kdevelop?
