Bug: Can't move floating dock panels

I'm using KDE4.1.3 on WinXP.
If you click on the button on a panel to un-dock it, there is no way to move it or to re-dock it.
I currently have a floating information panel when dolphin is open.
I can close it by unselecting it from the Settings -> Dockers menu, but I can't find a way to move or re-dock it.

yes it's a known oxygen bug on windows, it works if you use the windows xp style
