Amarok and MySQL

It may take some time, till the kde windows guy get the new packages for the dependencies ready. You may want to file a bug at http://bugs.kde.org to bring it to their attention (just for the case they don't know already). If you do so, make sure to select "Windows binaries" as distribution method and "installer" as application. dtritscher, proud to be a member of KDE forums since 2008-Oct.

SaroEngels KDE Developer Posts 49 Karma 0 OS	RE: Amarok and MySQL Mon Oct 13, 2008 2:14 pm Ok, just to make it clear: I need to rebuild the mingw package thus building amarok with mingw is currently not working. I will add the mysqle package _after_ I could build mysqle with mingw for both compilers. If you currently have msvc and you do want to build amarok, you should download the current mysqle packages from http://saroengels.net/kde-windows/gnuwin32/ (the -bin and the -lib package) and unpack those two into your kderoot. I really love building with emerge, makes it much easier than doing it all by yourself, as has been the case with the early versions... This is not a signature...
