I thought that kile was available for the windows port.
However using the latest kde windows installer I can not choose kile for installation.

What is the status of kile for KDE4 and for KDE4 on Windows?

The status of KDE for Windows is that very few applications are available because it is not yet a full desktop.

Kile is not released as stable even for Linux, so it's not updated regularly for Windows.
You can find the most recent (= quite old at the moment) Windows package in the 4.2.95 folder:

However Thomas Braun, main Kile developer, has just asked for an updated snapshot:

Poor Patrick... he's always short in packagers manpower!
