I have installed the version 4.4 and when I try to run the application I receive the following:
"The procedure entry point -z15qaddpostroutinepfvve could not be located in the dynamic link libary qtcore4.dll"

I was able to start assistant.exe but no contents were listed.

I have KDE installed on a Linux system and it works great.

This problem occurs when upgrading to newer versions or mixing up packages from different compilers:
