It most certainly did. I've been using Kile+Okular succesfully all the time with 4.2.95.

I had already reported this bug (262255) but the first reply asks me for a linux test, which I cannot perform right now.

I do have access to a linux machine, but it's not mine and I can't mess around with it too much. It runs Okular 0.11.1 under KDE 4.5.1 (Ubuntu 10.10), and it works perfectly.
