Why there isn't K3B for windows yet?

I just wanna know, and k3b is essential to replace nero. But seems nowadays more and more people uses flash memories... I still think would be great.

Because k3b is developed by a different team and not the KDE team.

So unless you know how to compile it from scratch, then there's no hope of k3b being released on Windows.
