KDE for Windows Installer - Version 0.9.9-1, download only, repeatedly gives the following error message:

The download of failed with error: server configuration error - invalid download URL [Retry] [Ignore] [Cancel]

Retry immediately brings up the message again; ignore seems to skip a file (?).
